A government-created lighting and musical spetacle is going on nightly in Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour. This is a very flamboyant way of showcasing the city's skyline. What would architects say about having their designs changed by adding LED lights? Are they in volved in the designs? Is this a good way of using energy?
